How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order.

How long does delivery take?

Single packs and multi-packs usually arrive within about 4 days. Buy with Prime orders usually arrive within 2 days. Full cases leave our New Jersey warehouse the next business day by UPS or USPS and usually arrive 1 to 5 business days after that.

What is the difference between a pack, a multi-pack and a case?

A pack is one retail unit, such as one box of 100 gloves. A multi-pack is 2, 3 or 4 of those at a lower price each. A case is the full carton from our warehouse. The count is shown on every option.

Can I return an order?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Some personal care items cannot be returned. See our Refund Policy for details, or email yreiner@abaline.com to start a return.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email yreiner@abaline.com right away with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
